Fesma is a flat organization, where you can make decisions together with your manager and there can be direct communication with the managing partners.
To make your dreams come true, you will be given 10% of your working time to work on this with the help and guidance of the entire company.

In the first conversation we would like to hear who you are and what your dream is. In addition, we can fully inform you about Fesma and answer all your questions.
Depending on the function, you can solve a case. This can be a piece of programming or an optimization assignment. This will not cost you more than an hour and gives you the opportunity to learn more about our work.
In the second interview you can meet other consultants and we will take a closer look at which role suits you best.
After two successful interviews we will make you an offer and if you agree you will receive all the documents for your employment.
Before your first day of work you will receive an invitation to this festive day with all the information about what this first day will entail.
