The function:
Do you know better than anyone how to optimally organize everything and do you see areas for improvement everywhere to organize the work even more optimally? As a process manager, you support our customers in various process issues. You improve working methods and ensure that employees can do their work even better.
Of course, you don't do this alone. Together with customers, you try to come up with the most optimal process possible by using various Lean techniques. You work closely with other stakeholders of the process, such as process owners and system owners. Together, you look for the best solution that is then extensively tested by employees. By then collecting feedback from employees, you can determine whether your new process works and how you can take the next step for your client.
You don't wait around, but instead identify concrete areas where you can add value and take action independently. You're eager to learn and not afraid to take on new challenges. You have a completed higher professional education (HBO) degree in a business administration field, with several years of experience in the corporate world. Ideally, you already have a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt qualification, or you're willing to obtain one soon.
