The function:
Do you know better than anyone how to optimally organize everything and do you see areas for improvement everywhere to organize the work even more optimally? As a process manager, you support our customers in various process issues. You improve working methods and ensure that employees can do their work even better.
Of course, you won't be doing this alone. As a Junior Process Manager, you'll be guided by a Senior Process Manager with years of experience. Together, you'll find the best solution, which will then be thoroughly tested by the client. By incorporating the feedback, you can determine whether your new process is working and how you can take the next step for your processes.
As a Junior Process Manager, you'll receive comprehensive training in process optimization. You'll be introduced to various process optimization techniques and trained to independently identify and implement improvements.
You do not wait, but you look specifically at where you can be of added value and take this up independently. You are eager to learn and not afraid to learn new things. You have completed a HBO education in a business administration direction or you are willing to obtain this under our guidance. You have an affinity with IT and are also willing to learn more about it.
If you are further along in your career and have several years of experience with process-related issues, you are also very welcome at Fesma. We are always looking for new process managers with a Lean green or black belt.
